  4. Specific terms of advisory services are governed by a separate, written engagement letter signed between the Service Provider and the Client.

  • User – Any business entity or person acting on its behalf who uses the Platform for informational purposes or to submit an inquiry.
  • Client – A User who has entered into a formal engagement letter with the Service Provider for the provision of Services.

  2. The Platform provides a contact form allowing Users to submit confidential inquiries regarding potential engagement for Services.
  3. The use of the informational content and contact form on the Platform is free of charge.
  4. The Service Provider does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Platform and is not liable for any interruptions in its functioning.

§ 4. Technical Requirements

  1. Proper use of the Platform requires a device with internet access and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
